Shipping Policy

After Placing your Order here with us please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your order. Please keep in mind that there may be unexpected delays if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Pre-orders or when experiencing delays from warehouse shipping in S. Korea.

Tracking Your Order:

 

You will then receive an email with the tracking number as soon as we fulfill your order. If you don’t receive an email from us, please check your spam mail. If it’s still nowhere to be found, we might have received the wrong email, or you might not have provided an email address at checkout. Please feel free to contact us via email or Contact Form and we will look into the matter and help with the issue.

Shipping Rates/ Types:

At this time, we only use US Postal Service / UPS Ground to ship out orders within the United States of America including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We hope to expand and offer shipping worldwide in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. NO EXCEPTION.

  • Outbox/case/cover is manufactured to protect the product underneath along with the contents inside. Small scratches, flaws, crack, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/sleeve/cover may occur due to the nature of the material or during manufacturing/packaging/delivery process cannot be the reason for return or exchange. Any fine spots, flaws, scratches, or textural conditions that cannot be seen/identified from a 30cm distance cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify: 

  • The item must be unopened / unsealed and unused

  • You must contact us within 14-days of delivery

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs

Note: We’ll issue a full refund for the item once we receive and inspect it. If the seal has been broken, we may not be able to accept the return due to copyright and resale restrictions.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll always do what we can to help and offer advice on next steps. Please reach out as soon as you notice a problem.

Order Cancelations

We can only cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, if it has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Packing Errors (Our Mistake)

We pack every order with care and take photographic proof of each parcel before dispatch to ensure accuracy.

If something is missing, incorrect, or defective when your parcel arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

To ensure transparency and speed up resolution:

We strongly recommend filming a full, uncut unboxing video that starts from the unopened parcel and clearly shows the unpacking process. This helps both sides confirm what was received and protects against misunderstandings.

If a video is not provided, we may ask for additional supporting evidence and details.
Please note that without clear proof, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
